Relation between Development Mode of Poverty Alleviation Tourism,Relational Embeddedness and Knowledge Transposition——A Case study of Xinfeng County in Guangdong Province

摘　　要：以广东新丰为例,通过引入知识转移视角和关系性嵌入理论模型,分析不同类型旅游扶贫开发模式、关系性嵌入水平与知识转移效率三者之间的相关性。研究发现:当前旅游扶贫开发中对知识转移有决定性影响的社会关系结构因素,主要是帮扶双方的"联系强度"与"共享深度",而非"信任程度";尽管"开发商主导"模式可能造成居民与开发商的利益冲突,但其关系性嵌入水平和隐性知识转移效率显著高于"社区主导"模式;"先隐性知识、后显性知识",是更适合现阶段旅游扶贫的知识转移路径;居民受教育程度低是导致知识转移长期效率低的主因,提升居民文化素质是长效扶贫政策设计的基础。Taking Xinfeng County in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper analyzes the relativity between the development mode of different types of poverty alleviation tourism, the level of relational embeddedness and the efficiency of knowledge transposition by introducing the perspective of knowledge transposition and the theoretical model of relational embeddedness. It finds that： （1） the main factors of social relation structure that can pose decisive influence on knowledge transposition in the current poverty alleviation tourism develop- ment are the relation intensity and sharing degree between the help giver and re- ceiver instead of trust degree; （2） although the developer-dominant mode might lead to interest conflict between residents and developers, the level of relational embeddedness and the efficiency of implicit knowledge transposition under this node are significantly higher than those under the community-dominant mode; （3） ＂implicit knowledge goes first, then follows explicit knowledge＂ is a path of knowledge transposition more suitable for poverty alleviation tourism at present stage; （4） for a long time, the low educational level among poor residents is the main cause for a low efficiency of knowledge transposition, and it is the founda- tion of a long term policy planning for efficient poverty alleviation to improve the cultural quality of the residents.
