摘　　要：学术期刊编辑不仅要有先进的办刊理念,而且还需要较高的学术素质。编辑的学术追求主要表现在追求创新、追求真理、追求卓越等方面。一个有学术追求的编辑,他才能关注学术前沿,精心策划选题,把好质量关,融入学术圈,参与学术研究,引领学术研究,努力提升学术期刊的质量和学术品位。Besides advanced conception o[ running a journal, the editor of an academic journal must be also equipped with good academic quality, which requires the editor to have rigorous academic pursuit. The academic pursuit of an editor lies mainly in the pursuit of innovatior/, truth and excellence. Only with academic pursuit can an editor he sensitive to the latest development in academic frontier, carefully plan and select the theme, guarantee good quality, closely as- sociate with the academia, participate in academic studies and improve journal quality and academic taste.
