摘　　要：政府治理模式演进是政府治理理念、治理制度和具体治理方式或路径不断优化和变革的历史进程。伴随当代中国政府治理模式由全能型到发展型再到服务型转变的,是法治政府理念的逐渐形成。法治政府建设也是一种新型的政府治理模式。面对"时空压缩"、人治传统多、动力不足、体制机制缺陷等诸多现实问题建设法治政府,就需要通过创新政府治理理念、提高政府依法行政的能力和建构依法行政的现代政府治理方式,探寻法治政府建设的实践路径。The evolution of government governance is the historical process in which the concept of governance,governance system and the specific governance mode or path is continuously optimized and reformed,with the governance mode of contemporary Chinese government transforming from all-round mode to development mode to public service mode,The idea of government governance by law is gradually formed. The construction of government by law is a new model of governance. In the face of many practical problems such as ＂space compression＂,the traditional rule of man,lack of power and the system defect to construct Government by law,we need through the innovation of government management ideas,improving the government ability and the construction of administrative law of the modern government management mode,to explore the path of practice of building the government under the rule of law.
