摘 要:目的:探讨一种使用一次性无菌材料制作的新型手术用四肢套的设计与制作。方法:利用透明度好、具有防水功能的聚乙烯为基本材料,根据人体的平均数值,设计四肢套的长、宽及内径,按不同比例制作出三种规格四肢套。结果:制作出过膝型(大,长88cm,宽44cm,最大内径20cm)、膝下型(中,长50cm,宽38cm,最大内径18cm)、过踝型(小,长30cm,宽20cm,最大内径17cm)三种规格四肢套,其中最小型号可用于儿童及上肢手术。结论:本文完成了一次性无菌四肢套的设计。在测试中四肢基本能满足设计要求,手术用四肢套成本相对低廉,使用更加方便、快捷,可利用其进行下一步临床应用。Objective: Explore a method of design and production of sterile surgical limb cover using disposable materials. Method: Polyethylene is used as a basic material since its high transparency and waterproof function. According to the average value of human body, the length, width and internal diameter of limbs cover are designed. Furthermore, limbs cover is made under three different specifications with various ratios of length, width and internal diameter. Result: Three specifications of limbs cover are made, large size(length 88 cm, width 44 cm, internal diameter 20cm), middle size(length 50 cm, width 38 cm, internal diameter 18cm), small size(length 30 cm, width 20 cm, internal diameter 17cm). The small size could be applied to children's surgery or upper limb surgery. Conclusion: A design and development method of sterile disposable surgical limb cover is proposed in this paper. It proves that the limb cover satisfies our design requirements. The sterile disposable surgical limb cover is cheap, fast and thus could be used in surgery applications.
