摘　　要：目的:分析居家养老医疗服务信息化建设的难点,并提供相应策略及建议。方法:分析常见的四种居家养老医疗服务模式,并分析各种模式下的信息化建设难点,最后提出相应的解决策略和建议。结果:居家养老医疗服务信息化的难点在于基础设施不够完善,老年人信息化产品研发没有统一标准或规范,老年群体需求与新技术应用有差距等。结论:在实现居家养老医疗服务信息化方面,应重点解决上述问题。Objective：To find the difficulties on providing medical services by informationization to the aged home cared,and give some advice and solutions.Method：Four usual medical serving models are analyzed firsdy.And the difficulties are raised based on the models mentioned above.Accordingly,the suggestions and solutions are provided.Results：The base infrastructures are weak to fulfil]the need of informationization.And the standards are lack to design and produce the informational products for the aged,who are commonly special group to use the informational products.Conclusion：The needs of the aged don＇t fit the applications of new scientific technologies.
