摘　　要：医院中以临床应用为导向的信息化建设多年来积累了大量患者临床数据。应用大数据的思想、方法与技术对临床数据进行分析,是当前推进临床研究的重要方法。相比传统的样本随机对照试验方法,大数据方法在样本量、数据来源、数据质量、适宜研究类型等方面都有着自身优势。在临床研究中可通过建立统一临床数据中心、专科临床数据集市和配套应用软件来应用大数据技术。同时,建立融合临床医生、IT开发人员和统计分析师的团队。Now hospitals have already gethered a large amount of patient＇s clinical data through decades of IT development.Using big data thinking and technology to processing clinical data is an important method in clinical research.Contrasting traditional RCT method,big data method has its advantages in amount of samples,source of data,quality of data,and research types.To using big data technology,hospitals need to build a unified chnical data repository,a serial of professional chnical data mart,and several of application softwares.A team including of doctors,IT engineers and statistic analysts is another important fact in using big data.
