摘　　要：目的:探讨应用信息技术和方法,提高急诊预检工作效率的解决方案。方法:在医院信息系统平台上,研制开发能够满足急诊预检流程和需求的急诊预检信息系统。结果:研制的急诊预检系统能够按照急诊患者就诊流程,满足急诊预检护士的要求,代替传统手工记录预检信息的操作,也极大方便了急诊医生查看患者预检信息,已投入临床使用,圆满达到了预期目的。Objective：To improve the efficiency of emergency pre-examination by means of information technology and methods.Method：An information system for emergency pre-examination was developed based on the HIS platform to meet the needs of emergency pre-examination flow path.Results：The emergency pre-examination information system has been put into clinical use and the anticipate purpose was fulfilled fairly well.It meets the requirements of pre-examination nurses.Manual record of preexamination information method was replaced.This information system followed the flow path of emergency patients.And emergency doctors can review patient＇s pre-examination information conveniently.
