远程医学业务“一键通”模式设计与实现

摘　　要：为克服传统远程业务模式会诊资料准备不充分且耗时费力等缺陷,采取数字化医院集成平台与远程医学平台高度融合"一键通"设计模式,医生以医嘱模式申请远程医学业务,自点击申请远程医学业务医嘱时起,系统通过数字化医院集成平台将患者住院期间所有的病历资料以结构化电子病历数据形式自动上传至远程医学平台,完成资料的准备与上传工作,大大减轻了医生开展远程医学业务准备资料的负担。这种模式有利于远程专家全面了解患者病情做出准确的判断,也为开展远程疑难病例讨论、教学查房及远程重症托管奠定了基础。To overcome inadequate preparation of consultation data,time-consuming,effort-consuming and other defects in traditional remote business model,the ＂one key＂ design pattern highly integrating digital hospital integration platform and telemedicine platform is adopted.The doctor applies for telemedicine business widi the mode of doctor＇s advice.Since he/she clicks the appUcation for doctor＇s advance of telemedicine business,through the digital hospital integration platform,the system automatically uploads all medical record information during hospitalization of patient to a telemedicine platform in the form of structured electronic record data,and completes document preparation and upload,which greatly reduced the doctor＇s burden of material preparation of the telemedicine business.This model helps the remote experts to comprehensively know the patient＇s conditions and make accurate judgment,and lay a foundation for remote difficult case discussion,teaching ward round and remote severe case management.
