摘　　要：为解决人们在享受医学文明带来的各种便利的同时,隐私权却在不断遭受侵犯的问题,采用国际医疗保健企业集成(IHE)提出的基本患者隐私同意(Basic Patient Privacy Consents)技术规范的方法,制定一套对患者基本隐私信息保护的规范,解决控制患者健康档案访问的隐私策略保护隐私的结果。通过制定基于知情同意一系列策略,达到对患者的健康档案访问控制进行全面的保护。In order to solve the medical civilized people enjoy the convenience brought about by a variety of privacy when they are constantly subjected to violations.Patients with basic international healthcare business integration（IHE） proposed privacy consent（Basic Patient Privacy Consents） technical specification method.Develop a set of basic patient privacy protection norms,solve control access patient health records privacy policy to protect the privacy of the results.Based on informed consent by developing a series of strategies to achieve the patient＇s health records to conduct a comprehensive access control protection.
