摘　　要：通过潍坊市人民医院以三级甲等医院复审为工作背景,打造以电子病历为核心的医院信息平台,对医院的医疗质量管理和控制体系的信息化建设和完善进行了较深入的探讨。重点阐述了医院在医疗质量管理和控制过程中的"921"信息化框架的实践效果,初步达到了医院内管控信息共享和交换的目的,为医院各类管理人员实时、动态掌握信息及质量监控管理提供了技术保障。This paper by Weifang People＇s Hospital to review three level of first-class hospital as background,to make the hospital information platform based on electronic medical records as the core,the informatization construction of medical quality management and control system in hospital and improve is deeply discussed.Focuses on the hospital in the medical quality management and control in the process of ＂921＂ information framework practice effect,preliminary achieved control of information sharing in hospital and exchange purposes,to provide technical guarantee for the hospital all kinds of management personnel,to master the dynamic real-time information and quality control management.
