摘 要:目的设计制作一种适用于开放性手术的新型喙锁韧带重建导向器并评价其钻孔精度。方法利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)、3D打印技术设计制作新型喙锁韧带重建导向器。在10个单侧肩关节标本(男6个、女4个)上使用新型导向器建立直径3 mm的骨隧道,测量喙突下表面骨隧道至喙突内外侧的最小距离,并对导向器的钻孔精确度进行评估。结果喙突下表面骨隧道出口距喙突外侧和喙突内侧的最小距离分别为(5.7±1.3)mm和(6.1±1.3)mm,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.494,t=—7.110)。结论新型导向器钻孔准确性较高,可用于喙锁韧带重建开放性手术中骨隧道的建立。Objective To develop a novel guide device which is used for open surgery to reconstruct coracoclavicular ligament, and to evaluate its tunnel drilling accuracy. Methods The guide device was made by using computer assisted design(CAD) and 3D printing technique, and then bone tunnels with 3 mm diameter were drilled out on 10 unilateral shoulder joints(harvested from 6 male and 4 female) under the assist of guide device. The minimum distances from the edge of tunnel to medial and lateral edge of coracoid on the inferior surface were measured, so as to evaluate the tunnel drilling accuracy of the device. Results The mean remaining lateral and medial wall thicknesses before cortical breach was(5.7 ± 1.3) mm and(6.1 ± 1.3) mm, respectively,and the difference had no statistical significance(P = 0.494, t =-7.110). Conclusion The device can be used to drill bone tunnel for coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction in open operation with high accuracy.
