五苓散治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱临床价值探析

摘　　要：目的:探究应用五苓散加味治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者的临床效果和特点。方法:研究对象是从2012年3月-2014年6月期间我院接收并诊治的糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者中随机性抽取的70例患者,进行回顾性试验研究,将其分为对照和研究两组,各35例。对照组35例患者全部应用维生素B族治疗,研究组患者均应用五苓散加味治疗,连续治疗1个月后对比其效果和特点。结果:研究组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组。对照组治疗的总有效率为75%,研究组治疗的总有效率为97%,有较大差异性(P<0.05),具有统计学价值。结论:应用五苓散治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者效果优于对照组的常规治疗,值得在临床治疗中运用和推广。Objective：To investigate clinical effects and feature of Wuling San on diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods：70 patients from March 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected randomly and divided into 2 groups, 35 cases for each. The control group received Vitamin B. The experimental group was treated with Wuling San. In 1 month, clinical effects and features in 2 groups were compared. Results：Compared with Vitamin B, Wuling San was signiifcantly effective on diabetic neurogenic bladder. The total efifciency in the control group was 75%, and in the experimental group was 97%, with signiifcant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating diabetic neurogenic bladder with Wuling San was effective, and worthy of promotion.
