摘　　要：目的:观察温胆汤治疗脑震荡后遗症(痰湿证型)的临床治疗效果。方法:运用温胆汤治疗脑震荡后遗症40例,并与对照组40例对比,进行临床观察。结果:治疗组40例,治愈22例,好转11例,未愈7例,总有效率为82.5%;对照组40例,治愈12例,好转15例,未愈13例,总有效率为67.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤治疗脑震荡后遗症(痰湿证)有肯定的临床疗效。Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Wendan decoction on the Tanshi syndrome type of concussion sequelae. Methods：40 cases of concussion sequelae were treated with the Wendan decoction. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results：In the treatment group, 22 cases were cured;11 cases were better;7 cases were healed;the total efifciency was 82.5%. In the control group, 12 cases were cured;15 cases were better;13 cases were healed;the total efifciency was 67.5%. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Wendan decoction was signiifcantly effective on concussion sequelae.
