短刺加灸法治疗足跟骨刺型跟痛症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察短刺配合灸法治疗足跟骨刺型跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将60例足跟骨刺型跟痛症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用短刺法配合灸法治疗,对照组采用常规灸法治疗。治疗1个疗程后,对两组治疗前后的疗效进行比较。结果:在治疗过程中,治疗组脱落1例,对照组脱落2例。治疗组临床治愈20例(66.7%),总有效29例(96.7%)。对照组临床痊愈了10例(33.3%),总有效16例(53.3%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短刺配合灸治疗足跟骨刺是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion on calcaneodynia. Methods： 60 cases of calcaneodynia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observed group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group was given acupuncture plus moxibustion; and the control group was given conventional moxibustion. In 1 course, the efficiency in two groups was compared. Results： In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured（66.7%）; the total efficiency was 29 cases（96.7%）. In the control group, 10 case was cured（33.3%）; 16 cases（53.3%） were effective. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus moxibustion on calcaneodynia shows a significant effect.
