黄芪联合美乐心治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪联合美乐心治疗充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月—2014年5月心力衰竭患者140例,分为研究组和观察组各70例。对照组应用强心利尿扩血管等常规的治疗方法,研究组在对照组基础上,增加黄芪联合美乐心注射液进行治疗。结果:研究组总有效率达91.4%,对照组总有效率达78.6%,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后LVEF、LVESV、CTn T降低程度明显高于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用黄芪联合美乐心治疗充血性心力衰竭具有显著疗效。Objective： To investigate the effect of Astragalus combined with Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods： 140 patients with heart failure in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were divided into study group and observation group, 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional treatment method, such as cardiac stimulant, diureticum and expanding blood vessel while the observation group received Astragalus combined with Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate. The total efficiency of the observation group（91.4%） was significantly better than that of the control group（78.6%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The decreasing of LVESV, CTn T and LVEF of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Astragalus combined with Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate had a significant effect in the treatment of congestive heart failure.
