晚期结直肠癌在化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期结直肠癌在化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗的效果。方法:研究我院在2014年6月—2015年6月收治80例直肠癌患者,分为对照组和观察组各40例,其中对照组运用FOLFIRI化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上添加艾迪注射液辅助治疗,而后分析两组患者在治疗效果上的差异。结果:在治疗有效率上,观察组为47.5%,对照组为35.0%,P<0.05;在药物不良反应率上,观察组严重程度和发生率要低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:晚期结直肠癌在化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗可以有效的提升治疗效果,降低药物治疗不良反应。Objective： To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 80 cases of colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 divided into control group and observation group evenly, the control group received FOLFIRI chemotherapy regimen, and the observation group received an extra Aidi injection, the differences were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate were 47.5% in observation group and 35% in control group respectively, P〈0.05; as for the rate of adverse drug reactions, the severity and incidence of observed group were lower than that of control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： chemotherapy with United Aidi injection in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse effects of drugs.
