摘　　要：目的探讨自制腹腔镜手术器械袋在胃肠手术中的应用。方法观察研究2015年2-7月,深圳市人民医院使用自制腹腔镜手术器械袋在各类胃肠手术30例中应用的临床资料。结果30例手术中使用自制腹腔镜手术器械袋,均安全顺利完成手术。在各类胃肠手术中,自制腹腔镜手术器械袋均极大方便了术者取、存、更换使用各种手术器械,手术台面更加整洁,没有器械及管线的滑落,减少了术中擦拭镜头的频率及次数,节约了器械护士传递器械的时间及减少了工作强度。结论自制腹腔镜手术器械袋在各类胃肠手术中均能搭建一个器械平台,保证了手术安全、快捷的进行,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To analyze the application of gastrointestinal operation in self-made instrumental bag for laparoscopic surgery. Methods The clinical data 30 all kinds of gastrointestinal operation using self-made instrumental bag for laparoscopic surgery from Feb. to Jul. 2015 in our department were observed and studied. Results The 30 cases surgery using instrumental bag for laparoscopic surgery were safely and smoothly finished. During all types of surgery,changing and storing instrument become more convenient by using instrument bag,area of operation more clean and tidy,avoiding the sliding down of instrument,reducing the frequency and probability of cleaning the camera lens. Saving the time of delivering instrument of instrument nurse and reducing labor intensity. Conclusions During all types of surgery,instrumental bag for laparoscopic surgery can build an instrumental platform to guarantee process of surgery safely and readily,and deserve promotion in clinic.
