妇科腹腔镜手术前肠道准备的改良方法探究

摘　　要：目的为减少传统泻药复方聚乙二醇电解质散(舒泰清)口服过程中的恶心、呕吐、腹痛等不适症状,改善患者服用时的口感,增加患者服药满意度,顺利完成肠道准备。方法随机抽取住院患者80例,分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合果汁口服,对照组采用传统口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散;观察两组的恶心次数、呕吐次数及术中肠道清洁效果等。结果两组对术前肠道准备满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组术中肠道清洁效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合果汁口服,消除了患者肠道准备过程中出现的恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀等不适症状,增加了患者服药舒适度,建议在临床推广应用。Objective To reduce the discomfort of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder,such as nausea,vomit,stomachache and so on. Methods A total of 80 parents were selected randomly and matched experimental group Iin witch parents used Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder and fruit juice and control group in whith parents used Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder alone,we abserved the first defarcate time,the last defarcate time,nausea,vomit times and the effection of the intraoperative bowel preparation in the two groups parents. Results The effection of the intraoperative bowel preparation in the two groups parents,considered statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; The difference of the effection of the intraoperative bowel cleaning in the two groups parents is not significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Drug administration of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder combined fruit juice may reduce the discomfort of nausea,vomit,stomachache and abdominal distension,increase the comfort level of parents,and worth use in clinical.
