包容性制度、攫取性制度与长期经济增长

摘　　要：阿西莫格鲁和罗宾逊把制度划分为攫取性制度和包容性制度，认为只有包容性制度才能够实现经济可持续增长，攫取性制度能够实现一定的经济增长但是不具有可持续性。这一理论具有一定的合理性，也基本符合西方发达国家的历史事实，然而也存在一定缺陷。制度特征固然重要，制度运行和维护也不可忽视。Acemoglu and Robinson divide institutions into extractive institutions and inclusive institutions. They consider that only inclusive institutions can realize sustainable economic growth, although extractive institutions can realize certain economic growth, this kind of growth is not sustainable. This theory is reasonable and basically adapt to the historical facts of western developed countries, but it also has some defects. The characteristics of institutions are important, and the application and maintenance of the institutions cannot be ignored.
