牛舌模拟教具在产科会阴阴道血肿诊治教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:提高低年资医生和助产士早期诊治会阴阴道血肿的能力。方法:以近3年毕业的低年资医生和助产士作为培训对象,利用新鲜牛舌制作会阴阴道血肿模拟教具,进行早期发现和处理会阴阴道血肿的培训,培训前后对接受培训的对象进行评估和考核,比较培训前后的掌握程度。结果:经过牛舌模拟教具培训,培训对象对会阴阴道血肿早期发现和处理的能力有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用牛舌模拟教具,低年资的医生和助产士早期诊治会阴阴道血肿的能力有显著提高,特别是在临床上减少会阴阴道大血肿有显著意义。[Objective]To improve the ability of low- seniority doctors and midw ives in early diagnosing and treating vaginal and perineum hematoma. [Method]Low- seniority doctors and midw ives w ho graduated in recent three years w ere chosen as trainees. Fresh beef tongues w ere made intosimulated aids of vaginal and perineum hematoma. The trainees w as trained in early finding and treating vaginal and perineum hematoma using the simulated aids,and the mastering level of the trainees w ere examined and comparedbefore and after the training. [Result]The ability of trainees in early diagnosing and treating vaginal and perineum hematoma w as improved significantly byusing beef tongue aids. Thedifference w as statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] The ability of low- seniority doctors and midw ives in diagnosing and treating hematoma w as improved significantlyby using beef tongue simulated aids,especially in reducing perineum vaginal hematoma.
