摘　　要：目的:探讨经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的手术配合及护理。方法:对我院2013年1月至2015年1月开展的30例TVT-O手术术前充分准备,术中密切配合及护理。结果:30例手术均顺利,术后效果良好,无并发症。结论:TVT-O是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效手术方式。手术室护士良好的心理护理是消除患者紧张焦虑情绪的关键。完善的术前准备,熟悉手术方法和步骤,默契配合手术医生,预防并发症是确保手术成功的保证。[Objectives]To discuss the feasibility and technical key points of intra- operative nursing of tension- free vaginaltape- obturator（ TVT- O）. [Method]From Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2015,30 patients w ho underw ent TVT- Ooperation,w erecarefully nursed intra- operatively. [Result]All the 30 patientsreceived the successful operation and recovered uneventfully w ithout complications. [Conclusion]TVT- O operationisan effective procedure for treatment of male stress urinary incontinence. The good preoperative preparation,tacitcoordination w ith surgeons as w ell as familiarity w ith procedure of operating room nursing are indispensable guarantees for successful operations.
