摘 要:目的:分析影响癫痫儿童生活质量的相关因素,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法:300例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组各150例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予家庭干预治疗。分析患儿性别、年龄、家庭状况、智商、发作频率、对疾病认识度相关因素与癫痫生活质量评分的相关性,了解家庭干预治疗前后2组患儿生活质量评分情况。结果:家庭状况好、智商高、对疾病认识度好与患儿生活质量成显著正相关(P<0.05);抗癫痫药物不良反应多、焦虑抑郁重、发作担忧明显、记忆功能差、发作频率高与患儿生活质量成显著负相关(P<0.05);性别、年龄等与患儿生活质量无明显相关性(P>0.05),研究组生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭状况、智商、对疾病认识度高对于提高患儿生活质量有明显影响,而抗癫痫药物不良反应、焦虑、抑郁、发作担忧、记忆功能、发作频率对患儿生活质量起负性作用,联合家庭式的干预治疗对于改善生活质量有效。[Objective] To analyze the influencing factors of life quality in children w ith epilepsy,and to provide a guide to clinical treatment. [Method]300 cases of children w ith epilepsy w ho w ere selected from June 2010 to M ay 2013 in our hospital w ere divided equally into tw o groups at random. The control group w as treated w ith conventional therapy,w hile the experimental group w as treated w ith additional family intervention besides the conventional therapy. The relativity on influencing factors,such as gender,age,family status,intelligence,seizure frequency or the degree of aw areness of the diseasew ith score of life quality in children cases w as analyzed,and the corresponding score w ith or w ithout family intervention w as also observed. [Result]The results show ed family status,intelligence,aw areness of the disease w ere positively correlation w ith the life qualitysignificantly( P〈0. 05),and antiepileptic drug adverse reactions,anxiety,depression,seizure w orry,memory function or seizure frequency had significant negative relation w ith the life qualitye( P〈0. 05). There is had no significant correlation betw een genderor age w ith the life quality. In addition,the life quality of the children cases treated additionally w ith family intervention w as better than that of control group( P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Family status,IQ or aw areness of the disease arebenificial to improve the life quality of the patientssignificantly,but adverse effects of antiepileptic drugs,anxiety,depression,seizure w orry or memory function has negative effects. Therapycombined w ith family intervention is useful for improving the children's quality of life.
