圣愈汤合五苓散加减治疗膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察圣愈汤合五苓散加减治疗膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠肠溶片口服治疗,治疗组以圣愈汤合五苓散加减辨证治疗。两组均以30 d为1个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及膝关节功能评分。结果:治疗组治愈16例,显效21例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率为91.67%;对照组治愈7例,显效16例,有效23例,无效14例,总有效率为76.67%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组膝关节功能评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,治疗组的复发率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的45.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:圣愈汤合五苓散加减治疗膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Shengyu Tang（圣愈汤）combined with Wuling San（ 五 苓 散）in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis complicating synovitis.Methods：One hundred and twenty cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis complicating synovitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each.The control group was orally given Diclofenac Sodium Enteric Coated Tablets;while the treatment group was treated with modified Shengyu Tang combined with Wuling San according to syndrome differentiation.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical efficacy and knee function scores of the two groups were observed.Results：In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,21 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 91.67%;while in the control group,7 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective,and 14 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 76.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the knee joint function scores of the two groups were more improved than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.According to one year follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（45.00%）,and the difference between them was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Shengyu Tang combined with Wuling San in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis complicating synovitis is obvious,worthy of promotion.
