摘　　要：本文以满足教职工游泳休闲与锻炼需求为切入点,以开展游泳扫盲活动为契机,将党建工作与体育部门的业务职能相结合,发挥体育学科专业优势,探索创建体育特色服务型党组织的基本途径,并为高校服务型党组织建设提供实例参考。With meeting the requirements of teaching and administrative staff in swimming leisure and exercise as the breakthrough point, and launching swimming and illiteracy elimination as the opportunity, this paper combines Party construction with the operation functions of physical education departments, gives play to the professional advantages of the physical education discipline, and explores the basic approaches to establish a service-oriented Party organization with the characteristics of physical education. The aim is to provide a practical reference for the construction of university service-oriented Party construction.
