摘　　要：技术措施是数字时代版权人为保护作品著作权而采用的技术手段。技术措施限制了传统著作权法中的合理使用,打破了著作权法所应维护的著作权人利益与社会公共利益的平衡。我国应在比较借鉴美国、欧盟、澳大利亚和日本相关立法的基础上,完善相关立法。Technical measures are technical means adopted by copyright owners to protect the copyrights of their works in the digital era. Technical measures have restricted the reasonable use of the traditional copyright law, broken the balance between copyright owners＇ benefits the copyright law should safeguard and social public interests. Based on referring to relevant legislation in America, the EU, Australia and Japan, this paper aims to improve relevant legislation in China.
