前列地尔治疗慢性充血性心衰急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔治疗慢性充血性心衷急性发作的疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2014年4月我院诊断为慢性充血性心衰急性发作的患者60例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用基础治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用前列地尔治疗。对比两组慢性充血性心衷治疗的疗效。结果研究组和对照组总有效率分别为96．7％、76．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论本次研究认为前列地尔能够提高慢性充血性心衰急性发作治疗的疗效，改善心功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods The patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into study group and control group.The basic treatment of the two groups were the same,the research group combined with alprostadil treatment.Comparison study group and control group in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Results In the study group and the control group,the curative effect of chronic congestive heart failure were 96.7%,76.7%,the results were compared with that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study that alprostadil can improve chronic congestive heart failure acute onset of therapeutic effect and improve heart function.
