摘 要:美国HACH公司制造的COD测定仪,操作简便,安全性好,但试剂依赖进口且价格昂贵。为了降低COD测定成本,减少环境污染,开发研究了哈希COD测定仪适用的替代试剂,该替代试剂通过实际样品和COD标准样品的实验验证,并和HACH进口试剂、国标方法测定结果相比较,结果表明用替代试剂测定COD,方法的精密度好、准确度高,符合国家标准要求。实验证明使用替代试剂测定结果准确可靠,操作简便、快捷。COD measuring instrument made by HACH Company has the advantages of safe and easy operation. But the reagents need to be imported and the price is much high. To reduce the measurement cost of COD and to protect the environment, an alterna- tive reagent for the HACH COD determination is developed. It is verified by the experimental results of the laboratory sample and the COD standard sample, and also compared with the results of using HACH reagent as well as the results of using the national standard method. The result shows that the substitule reagent has. The advantage of high accuracy, reliability and simple operability.
