摘　　要：企业开展环境自行监测及信息公开是其履行法定义务及社会责任的应有之义。文中分析了当前企业自行监测信息在环境执法中应用存在的问题,并借鉴国外经验,提出了企业自行监测信息在环境执法用应用的两种方式为直接应用和间接应用。并提出了一些有针对性的保障对策措施,基于此来推动企业自行监测信息在环境执法中的应用。Enterprises should be responsible for promoting environment self - monitoring and information publication. The exist- ing problems of the application of self - monitoring information of Enterprises in Environmental Enforcement were analyzed. On the basis of foreign experiences, two ways of the application of self - monitoring information of Enterprises in Environmental Enforcement were proposed, which were direct and indirect applications. And some pertinent measures were put forward. Based on this, the ap- plication of self - monitoring information of Enterprises in Environmental Enforcement was promoted.
