摘　　要：基于风水理论,研究了居住区规划中的总体布局方式,分析了居住区道路规划设计中应注意的事项,结合臻鼎科技淮安厂商业住宅楼规划实例,论述了风水理论引导下居住区的规划思路与方法,有助于营造出舒适合理的居住环境。Based on geomantic omen theory, the paper studies general layout methods in residential community planning, and analyzes matters needing attention in residential community road planning and design. Combining with commercial residential building planning case of Zhending Science and Technology Huai＇ an Plant, it discusses the residential community planning concepts and methods under the guidance of geomantic o- men theory, which will be good for create rational and comfortable living environment.
