摘　　要：简述了城市既有老旧建筑的特点,介绍了山西典型城市既有老旧建筑的现存量及用途,分析了城市既有老旧建筑物存在的问题及抗灾能力,并提出对老旧建筑物进行加固改造的建议,有助于提升既有老旧建筑的综合抗灾能力,实现城市的可持续发展。The paper briefly illustrates existing old urban building features, introduces typical existing old urban building quantity and usages, analyzes existing old urban building problems and its disaster-resisting capacities, finally puts forward existing old building reinforcement transfor- mation suggestions, which will be good for improving old existing building disaster-resisting capacity and realizing sustainable city development.
