摘　　要：结合工程实例,分析了建筑物发生不均匀沉降的原因,根据工程实际情况,制定了偏心堆载和高压注浆联合使用的纠偏方案,并探讨了施工中的操作要点,通过对纠偏结果的观测分析,表明该方案能有效稳定既有建筑的沉降和倾斜变形。Combining with the engineering example, this paper analyzed the building uneven settlement reasons, according to the engineering actual situation, formulated the correction scheme of eccentric pile-loading and high pressure grouting combined use, and discussed the operation key points in construction, through the observation and analysis on correction results, showed that the scheme could effectively stabilize the settlement and deformation of existing buildings.
