摘　　要：从施工技术、施工人员、安全教育、安全监督等方面,分析了制约当前建筑企业安全管理的因素,根据以人为本的理念,阐述了加强建筑施工安全管理的途径,有利于减少建筑施工的安全隐患,保证工程的安全生产。Starting from aspects of construction technology, construction staff, safety education and safety supervision, the paper analyzes factors influencing current construction enterprise safety management, describes methods of strengthening construction safety management methods ac- cording to people-oriented concept, which will be good for reducing building construction safety hazards and guaranteeing engineering production safety as well.
