摘  要:目的探讨贝那普利联合前列地尔对改善糖尿病肾病尿蛋白水平的效果。方法按照随机单盲平行对照法将本院于2012年3月至2014年6月收治的92例糖尿病肾病患者分成两组。治疗组(46例)应用贝那普利联合前列地尔治疗;对照组(46例)单用贝那普利治疗。观察周期8周,观察两组患者治疗前后24 h的尿蛋白含量及尿微白蛋白排泄率。结果治疗前后24 h尿蛋白含量比较,两组均要较治疗前有所降低,但治疗组降低更为明显,两组比较,之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率比较,两组均有降低,但治疗组降低更为明显,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合前列地尔可以显著降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白水平,并可改善尿微白蛋白排泄率,在临床上被认为是治疗糖尿病肾病的有效方法,可广泛推广及应用。Objective Benazepril combined with alprostadil improve the patients with diabetic nephropathy urine protein levels effect. Methods To follow randomized single-blind parallel-group method to hospital in March 2012 to June 2014 were treated 92 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into two groups. Treatment group(46 cases) benazepril combined application of alprostadil treatment; the control group(46 cases) benazepril alone. Observation period eight weeks, the two groups were observed before and after treatment of urinary protein and urinary microalbumin excretion rate for 24 h. Results The 24 h urine protein before and after treatment, both groups than before treatment, but the treatment group decreased obviously, the difference between two groups of comparison, was statistically significant(P 〈0.05); 24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate comparison before and after the treatment, two groups were decreased, but the treatment group decreased obviously, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The benazepril combined alprostadil can significantly reduce urinary protein levels in diabetic nephropathy, and improve urine micro-albumin excretion rate, is considered to be clinically effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and can be widely applied.
