摘　　要：目的通过非标记技术对血清中心绞痛蛋白标志物进行筛查。方法利用液相色谱质谱技术进行血清中蛋白酶解产物的分离测定,分别测定健康组、疾病零点(0时点)和两周三组的样本,通过蛋白搜索比较获得相关结果。结果健康组、0时点、2周的总蛋白数分别为466个、449个、483个,共有蛋白319个,比较发现血清蛋白组的差异不仅表现在蛋白种类的不同,还在于共有蛋白在整个蛋白组中的分布和相对含量的差异,通过相对量的比较,存在18个主要差异蛋白,其中13个蛋白呈上调趋势,5个呈下调趋势。结论在疾病发生过程中,主要的蛋白变化多与心脏损伤方面的过程相关,随着疾病进程,由于自身适应的作用,有部分与修复相关的蛋白有明显的变化,该结果可以为心绞痛潜在标志物的选择提供数据基础。Objective To screen protein markers of angina pectoris in serum by label free technology. Method Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was performed to separate and detect the digestion products in three groups＇ s ample, which were healthy, disease zero point（0 week）, and two weeks point（2 weeks）. The comparison results were achieved by database searching. Results The total proteins in three groups, healthy, disease zero point（0 week）, and two weeks point（2 weeks）, were 466, 449, and 483, respectively. The common proteins were 319. The difference between serum proteome in different groups was not manifested around the types of protein but in distribution and relative amount across proteome. With the comparison of relative amount, 13 proteins were presented in uptrend as well as 5 in down trend. Conclusion The results shown the difference proteins in serum were varied with the process of cardiac trauma. Along the development of disease, proteins related with repair had been varied significantly through self adaptive. The results could provide the basis data for potential biomarkers option on angina pectoris
