摘  要:目的对婴儿臂丛神经损伤进行探索性临床治疗研究,寻找最佳治疗时机和有效的治疗方法。方法 A、B两组分别用两种治疗方案,A方案是在病情稳定后期进行按摩和针炙、理疗。B方案是在新生儿期臂丛神经损伤后、即时超早期开始采用软毛刷进行神经梳理和鼠神经生长因子注射对细胞生物电进行诱导干预治疗。结果通过临床两组对照研究,显示两组有明显差异性。结论超早期应用神经梳理和神经营养因子对细胞生物电进行诱导疗法可以缩短疗程。Objective Exploratory clinical treatment was studied for the baby brachial plexus injury, search for the optimal timing of treatment and effective treatment method. Methods A, B two groups, respectively, with two kinds of treatment plan, A plan is in stable condition later massage and acupuncture, physical therapy. Option B is in the neonatal period after brachial plexus injury, instant super early start using a soft brush to comb and mouse nerve growth factor injection of cells bioelectricity induced intervention treatment. Results Through clinical control study, the two groups shows that two groups have significant difference. Conclusion The early application of nerve combing and neurotrophic factor on cell bioelectricity induction therapy can shorten the course of treatment.
