蓝芩口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染有效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价蓝芩口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的有效性及安全性。方法从EMBase、Pub Med、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方科技数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中,检索建库至2014年8月发表的关于蓝芩口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的随机对照试验文献,进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,包括1 232例患者。Meta分析结果显示,蓝芩口服液治疗组有效率优于对照组[RR=1.27,95%CI(1.19,1.36),P<0.01]。结论基于现有临床证据,蓝芩口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效优于其他抗病毒药物治疗。Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Lanqin Oral Liquid（ LOL） on upper respiratory infection（ URI） in children. Methods The literatures about the randomized controlled trials（ RCT） on LOL for treating URl were retrieved from EMBase,Pub Med,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM and CNKI published by the end of August 2014,and then a metaanalysis was preformed. Results Nine literatures about RCTs involving 1 232 patients were ultimately identified. The meta-analysis results showed that the effective rate of LOL group was superior to that of the control group [RR = 1. 27,95% CI（ 1. 19,1. 36）,P〈0. 01]. Conclusion Based on the present clinical evidence,the meta-analysis results indicate that LOL for treating children URI has better therapeutic effect than other anti-virus drugs.
