柏硝祛毒洗剂止血作用药理研究

摘　　要：目的观察柏硝祛毒洗剂的止血作用。方法采用体外凝血实验观察不同浓度柏硝祛毒洗剂对SD大鼠凝血时间的影响,采用断尾止血实验测定不同浓度柏硝祛毒洗剂对SPF级昆明小鼠凝血时间的影响。结果各浓度柏硝祛毒洗剂对体外血液凝固均有促进作用,且呈明显的浓度-效应依赖关系。与空白对照组比较,云南白药阳性对照组和柏硝祛毒洗剂高、中剂量组均能显著缩短出血时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论柏硝祛毒洗剂有明确的止血作用。Objective To study the hemostatic effect of Baixiao Qudu Lotion. Methods The effect of Baixiao Qudu Lotion with different concentration on the blood coagulation time（ BT） in vitro in SD mice were detected,and the effect of Baixiao Qudu Lotion with different concentration on blood coagulation time（ BT） of SPF Kunming mice were detected by the experiment of tail cutting and blood stopping methods. Results Baixiao Qudu Lotion with different concentration could improve blood coagulation in vitro with concentration-effect dependent relationship. Compared with the blank group, the blood coagulation time of Yunnan Baiyao positive group,high-dose group and middle-dose group of Baixiao Qudu Lotion were shorter,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Baixiao Qudu Lotion have obvious hemostatic effect.
