摘　　要：目的探究特殊口腔正畸保持器在口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月～2014年10月在我院行口腔正畸后需要佩戴保持器的牙颌畸形患者58例为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，各29例。对照组佩戴Hawley保持器，观察组佩戴改良热压膜联冠透明器。结果两组患者的上、下颌尖牙牙弓宽度和磨牙牙弓宽度对比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组的上、下颌Little指数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良热压膜联冠透明器在口腔正畸中可有效促进患者牙列整齐度和牙列固位效果的提高，值得临床推广使用。Objective Explore special orthodontic retainers clinical effect in orthodontic. Methods From October 2013 to October 2014, 58 cases of dental and jaw deformity in our hospital were required to wear the retainer after orthodontic treatment in our hospital, malocclusion were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, 29 cases each. Group wearing Hawley retainer worn observation group improved thermal lamination Lianguan transparent device. Results The two groups of patients,the mandibular canine arch width and molar arch width no significant difference（P〉0.05）; the observation group,the mandibular Little index were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved thermal lamination Lianguan transparent in orthodontics can be effective in promoting uniformity and improve the patient＇s dentition dentition retention effect,it should be introduced.
