破壁松花粉水提物总糖含量的测定

摘　　要：以山东马尾松的破壁松花粉水提物为原材料,采用苯酚-浓硫酸法,通过紫外分光光度法测定破壁松花粉水提物总糖的含量,并从精密度、重复性、稳定性以及加样回收率等方面进行了方法学考察。结果表明,破壁松花粉水提物中含有丰富的总糖,含量为60.22%,在0.0025mg/m L^0.0125mg/m L的范围内总糖的浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9991,n=5),平均回收率为98.38%(RSD%=1.72,n=6)。该方法操作简便、快速,准确度、重复性和稳定性较好,可用于破壁松花粉水提物中总糖含量测定,并为中药和天然产物中总糖的含量测定提供参考。The feasibility of aqueous extract from wall-broken pinus massoniana pollen as main material to extract the total sugar was assessed in terms of accuracy,repetitive,stability and sample recovery rate through the ultraviolet spectrophotometry and phenol-sulfuric acid method.. The result showed 60. 22% total sugar was extracted from aqueous extract from wall-broken pius massioniana pollen. There had a liner relation between concentration and absorbance when total sugar limited to 0. 0025 mg / m L-0. 0125 mg / m L（ r =0. 9991,n = 5）,while the average recovery rate was 98. 38%（ RSD% = 1. 72,n = 6）. This method is simple,accurate,repeatable,stable and may be used as a reference method for the determination of total sugar in herbal materials or natural products.
