摘　　要：论证了反恐全源情报的存在是复杂的开放巨系统,提出基于综合集成方法的反恐全源情报分析体系。该体系的构成要素包括人员体系、机器体系和知识体系三部分,结构框架由研讨中心、信息中心、数据中心和利用中心构成。反恐全源情报分析体系的情报分析流程遵循综合集成法从定性到定量的分析路径,结合反恐情报分析的自身特点,并吸收了反证分析的科学内涵。This paper demonstrates the existence of all- source intelligence on counterterrorism is an Open Complex Giant System （OCGS）, proposes analysis system of all-source intelligence on counterterrofism based on metasynthesis. The composing elements of the analysis system proposed are divided into personnel system, machine system and knowledge system, and its structural framework consists of discussion center, information center, data center and application center. The intelligence analysis process follows a comprehensive inte- gration method taking an analysis path which goes from qualitative to quantitative, combines the anti-terrorism intelligence analysis of its own characteristics, and absorbs the scientific connotation of disproving analysis.
