摘　　要：高效的创新网络结构能够促进创新网络合作绩效。技术复杂化与创新网络化促使网络结构治理成为现今技术创新网络研究的热门问题。以近年来国内外针对网络结构问题的研究作为评述对象,以网络结构尤其是合作创新网络结构的效率为突破口,考虑什么样的创新网络结构才是高效的核心问题加以综述。综述分三方面:第一,学界如何界定创新网络结构的内涵;第二,从三个维度分析创新网络结构效率;第三,网络结构效率测量方法与指标等。创新网络治理应该从动态优化网络结构角度加以深度研究。Efficient innovation network structure can promote the cooperation performance of innovation network. Technology complex- ation and innovation network make network structure governance become a hot issue. This article reviews the studies of the network struc- ture at home and abroad in recent years, and takes cooperative innovation network structure efficiency as the breakthrough point to consider what kinds of innovation network structure are efficient. Three aspects reviewed are： first, defining the connotation of the innovation net- work structure academically ; second, analyzing the efficiency of innovation network structure from three dimensions; and third, exploring the efficiency measurement methods and indexes of network structure, etc. Finally, it is concluded that in-depth study on innovation net- work governance should be carried out from the angle of dynamic optimization of network structure.
