摘　　要：针对异地协同研讨和决策等可视化指挥的难题,提出基于指令的协同信息传输技术和基于多点触控的军标标绘技术,在此基础上,将电子白板系统、战场态势显示系统和协同标绘系统进行重构设计和整合,形成"基于实时战场态势的电子白板系统",实现异地指挥员基于同一幅战场态势图的研讨和指挥决策。For visual command problems like collaborative research and decision, proposes a collaborative information transmission technology based on commands and a plot technology based on touch. Then, the existing systems including whiteboard system, battlefield situation display system and collaborative plotting system are reconstruction designed and integrated into a whiteboard system based on real-time battle-field situation which can apply research and decision based on the same situational figure.
