摘　　要：介绍了混合篮式吹膜机头的基本结构、机头工艺参数的确定以及过滤板和篮体的设计,通过过滤板和篮体的2次混合,提高了熔体的混合程度并消除了熔接痕,从而提高了成型薄膜的强度及薄膜的质量。The basic structure of a mixed basket blown-film die, the selection of its techno- logical parameters, and the design of filter plate and basket were presented. Through mix- ing the filter plate and basket two times, the melt mixing was fuller and the weld mark was eliminated, so as to improve the strength and quality of film.
