成型壳体塑件的型芯加工工艺探索

摘　　要：分析了壳体塑件及型芯的结构特点,根据型芯的材料和结构,拟定了合理的加工工艺,并对加工的零件装夹定位、加工策略和刀具参数等进行了介绍。经生产验证,型芯的加工工艺满足生产需要,此工艺对类似零件的加工具有一定的参考作用。The structural characteristics of a plastic shell and the mould core were ana- lyzed. According to the material and structure of core, the reasonable processing technolo- gy was formulated. Also, the positioning clamp, processing strategy and tool parameters were stated. The production verified that the processing technology of mould core met the production requirements and has a certain reference value for processing similar parts.
