果木炭对富士苹果光合作用的影响

摘  要:以富士苹果为材料,研究了果木炭施加以及复合肥和有机肥配施果木炭引起的苹果树叶片的叶绿素含量及净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率光合作用参数的变化。研究结果表明,单独施加果木炭不能明显增强富士苹果的光合作用,果木炭配合有机肥可以明显增加富士苹果的叶绿素含量,降低蒸腾作用,增强净光合速率,果木炭配合复合肥对光合作用的效果不明显。果木炭可以作为有机肥的增强剂在果园中使用。The effect of apple -branch -based charcoal, addition with the compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer on chlorophyll contents and photosynthetic parameters (net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and transpiration rate ) of Ma/us Domestica Fuji tree were studied in this paper.The study results showed that no significant effect on photosynthesis by only adding apple-branch-based charcoal.The high chlorophyll contents ,reduction of transpiration rate and high efficiency of photosynthesis were found when adding apple-branchbased charcoal to organic fertilizer.However, no significant effect on photosynthesis were found when adding apple-branch-based charcoal to compound fertilizer.Apple-branch-based charcoal could be applied to apple production as an enhancer to organic fertilizer.
