枯草芽胞杆菌SYL-6脂肽类抗生素发酵条件优化研究

摘　　要：以枯草芽孢杆菌SYL-6为出发菌株,研究了发酵过程中不同培养条件对该菌株产生脂肽类抗生素的影响。结果表明:最有利于脂肽类抗生素产生的发酵条件是发酵时间72h、发酵培养温度31℃、初始pH值7.0、摇瓶装液量120mL/250mL时。Effects of different fermentation conditions on lipopeptide antibiotic of Bacillus subtilis SYL-6 were investigated.Results showed that the best culture condition for lipopeptide productivity was with starting pH 7.0,at temperature 31℃ ,medium volume 120 mL in 250 mL and fermentation for 72h.
