1例肺部重症感染患者的快速诊断

摘　　要：目的检测1例肺部重症感染患者临床样本的感染情况。方法提取临床样本核酸,使用腺病毒(ADV)荧光定量试剂盒、肺部支原体病毒(MP)、耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(Mec A)检测试剂盒、真菌通用引物ITS检测临床样本的感染情况,并进行接种培养验证。结果腺病毒(ADV)荧光定量试剂盒、肺部支原体病毒(MP)、耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(Mec A)检测试剂盒的检测结果均为阴性;真菌通用引物ITS和接种培养的检测结果为白色念珠菌感染。结论使用真菌通用引物ITS检测肺部重症患者是一种快速、准确的检测手段。Objective To detect one patient with lung infection. Methods The DNA sample was abstracted from the clinical specimen,followed by use of the commercial kits for adenovirus（ ADV） fluorescence quantification,lung mycoplasma virus detection,methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus（ Mec A） detection as well as the kit of fungal universal primers ITS. Inoculation test was performed for verification. Results Three of the 4 commercial kits used revealed negative results,whereas detections with fungal universal primers ITS and inoculation tests presented the infection of Candida albicans. Conclusion Fungal universal primers ITS gives rise to a rapid and specific diagnostic result and is recommended for use in clinical examination.
