摘 要:将48只健康小鼠随机分为4组,低、中、高剂量组分别灌喂1m L0.5g/kg bw.d,1g/kg bw.d,2g/kg bw.d的太子参白茶水提物,对照组灌喂等量生理盐水,灌喂给药30d后,采用白细胞计数法、白细胞分类计数法研究太子参白茶对小鼠白细胞的影响.结果表明,不同剂量的太子参白茶并未影响小鼠体重与白细胞个数.与对照组相比,高剂量组各种白细胞分类百分比具有显著差异.高剂量太子参白茶水提物能提高单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞分类百分比.结论:太子参白茶可增强小鼠的非特异免疫功能.48 healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including the control group and the WTPH(White Tea-Pseudostellaria Heterohpylla) group. The control group was fed mouth with saline solution, and the WTPH groups were fed respectively at low-dose group(0.5g/kg·d),medium-dose group(1g/kg·d) and high-dose group(2g/kg·d). Each individual was fed for 30 days consecutively. By means of white blood cell count and differential leukocyte count, the effect of aqueous extract from mixture of WTPH on the white blood cell of mice was investigated. The results were as follows: the effect of different doses of WTPH on the body weight and the number of white blood cell of mice were negative,but there was a positive effect on differential leukocyte count of mice of mice between the high-dose group and the control group. The aqueous extract from mixture of WTPH could significantly increases the monocyte percentage, neutrophil percentage and eosinophils percentage in leukocyte, and reduces the lymphocyte percentage in leukocyte. The results indicated that the WTPH could enhance the nonspecific immune function of normal mice.
