摘　　要：网络管理一直是网络研究的一项重要的课题.设计制作了一个具跨层管理功能的网管系统,该系统将网络管理者的管理方法与模式转换成自动化的管理方式,这样有助于增加网络运营管理的稳定性.一般的管理者自行研发网管系统往往借由OSI模型(Open System Interconnection Reference Model)中第二层的交换机进行异常的处理,鲜少结合第二层与第三层协作处理,文中对异常处理提供跨层管理的功能,这样对于网络环境异质度高的系统,提供了更有效率并更具弹性的作法.经实际上线启用,证实该系统能更快速处理使用者IP地址使用问题、校内蠕虫病毒发作及校内外异常连接等问题,并有效节省管理者对其他异常处理判断的时间.Network management has been an important topic in network research. A management system which has the function of cross layer management is designed and implemented. This system can transform the management method and mode of network management to the automatic management mode, which will increase the stability of he network operation management. The general manager of the self-developed network management system often handles exception by the OSI（open system interconnection reference model） model in the second layer switch, rarely with the second layer and the third layer cooperative processing. The method provided in this paper has the function of cross layer management for exception handling, and provides a method for the system with high efficiency and flexibility in network environment. The system can quickly deal with the use of IP address,network worm, and abnormal connection in the network, and can also save the time of the management to other exception handling.
