摘  要:Taq酶是生物技术领域中经常用到的检测指标,在学术论文中常有涉及。不同期刊对Taq酶单位的标注有差异,有些期刊将其活性单位标注为μmol/min,有些期刊将其活性单位与浓度单位均标注为U。通过查阅文献、有关标准和规定,笔者认为Taq酶活性单位应标准为μmol/min,而其浓度单位宜用μmol/μL·min表示。Taq enzyme as a important biological index, is often used by researcher in biotechnology experiments, and it plays a significant role in the academic exchange activities. However, there are differences of marking its units in different journals, and units of enzyme activity are marked as μmol/min in some journals, while units of enzyme activity and enzyme concentration are also marked as U in other journals. The author thinks that editors should respect professional demand, and also comply with the international standard unit of measurement, and the unit of Taq enzyme activity should be marked as μmol/min, and the unit of Taq enzyme concentration should be marked as μmol /(μL· min).
